Some of the moms I know got together the other day at Jessica and Josie's house. The kids ran around like nut cases, tearing up everything and tormenting the dog. Big fun!

Well, not our normal moms' group, only Dee and Ben were available, and we had a guest, downstairs neighbors Tori and Maddie. Couple of photos:
Dee, this is why I call your son "Little Beck." It's the hair. In case anyone is confused, that's young Ben on the left, Beck on the right.
Went to the Giants game with Dee, Jim and their son, Ben, on Father's Day. It was hard work, but fun! I don't think either Ben or Anna enjoyed the game itself, but Anna was sure glad to see them and the kids were happy to make things interesting for us. The Giants lost to the A's, but I got a Sheboygan bratwurst, and that's all that matters. At top are a couple of deplorable camera-phone shots of our afternoon. The bottom one is from Dee's camera.

Anna's getting a little more comfortable with the kisses ... she went in for a smooch from Ben at playgroup last week (with a little encouragement, course).
It was a beautiful day and the six miles went pretty quickly, even with the babies! Lots of husbands came, too, which helped a lot. Thanks to Anne, Jessica, Erin, Leigh, Stacy, Levi and Rachel, Anna and I raised $300 for premature babies. All together, our group raised almost $2000. Thank you so much for donating! Well, it was just Ben and Anna today (and a whole bunch of extra chicken salad sandwiches), but we had fun anyway! We went swinging and riding on playground stuff. Here's a shot of Anna and three more of Ben if you click on this photo, and then look for the "Next" button.
